I'm Pamela Wilson, The Care Navigator.  My company provides life management and care coordination services for older adults and caregivers to reduce the overwhelm, work and worry that results from needing care or from the responsibilities of a caregiver.

You're stunned at the thought of being a caregiver. You're humiliated that you need help. This wasn't how life was supposed to turn out. You'd like to turn back the clock -- but you can't. Your emotions are on edge and your constant companions - fear, frustration, anger and grief won't relinquish their hold on your racing mind. Your loved one is exasperated, feeling a loss of dignity and self esteem. You're feeling that the best years of your life are now behind you.

You're not alone. In fact you're in exactly the right place to share stories, learn tips and resources to help you and your loved one plan for what's ahead. The Care Navigator educates and coordinates plans to preserve dignity, helps you become clear about what's really important and creates concepts for stability to help you and your loved ones transition the journey of aging.

It's never too early to start thinking about your future and the future of your family. It's never too early to make a plan to avoid the unexpected issues of healthcare and aging. Start the journey today with us.
