The Care Navigator is retained by clients. This means that no compensation, referral fees or other financial rewards are received when recommending companies or providers. This eliminates the possibility of bias or preferential treatment for companies seeking to pay for business referrals and ensures that recommended companies are of similar ethical standards. In today's environment, this is especially critical in situations where older adults may be vulnerable.
